Scottsdale Ranch Community Association is working towards enhancing the safety and enjoyment of Lake Serena. Installation has taken place of a keyed access security gate at the Community Center launching ramp. This secured access will prevent non-resident launching of a boat. Should you feel you will be utilizing the boat launch area, a key will need to be obtained from the Community Center. A $50.00 refundable security deposit will be required. A Key Launch application is available in the Online Library for your convenience and is also available at the SRCA administrative office.

Lake regulations are necessary in order to identify Scottsdale Ranch water craft and residents using the lake. Lake Serena membership cards are required to be in possession on the resident when using the lake. A boat permit sticker is required to be displayed on all boats on Lake Serena. For your convenience, Membership Card applications for Lake Serena and Boat Permits are available in the Online Library and are also available at the SRCA administrative office. You can mail, fax or stop by the Community Center with your completed applications. Applications will be kept on file for emergency use, such as identifying a boat found adrift. Lake Serena membership cards must be renewed annually, therefore it is necessary to bring your current card to the Community Center to be revalidated.

Staff will be checking for Lake Serena membership cards and boat permits and will restrict fishing and boating to Scottsdale Ranch residents and guests only with proper identification. All residents must carry ID and Lake Serena membership cards with them when fishing or cruising the lake. Identification must be presented to the Scottsdale Ranch staff upon request. Residents without Lake Serena cards or boat permits will be asked to vacate the area until proper identification is obtained. This is done for the protection of your valuable asset, Lake Serena.

You provide the fun - SRCA provides the driver for a pontoon boat cruise along the shoreline of Lake Serena. A great way to entertain your guests. The SRCA pontoon boat is available to rent everyday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for $50 (2-hour ride) with additional hours at $25 per hour. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. The rental fee is based on the cost of gasoline and an operator. The boat accommodates 10 guests and a driver is provided by SRCA for liability reasons. To make reservations, call the Community Association at (480) 860-2022 or review the Pontoon Rental Agreement in the Online Library.

We appreciate your cooperation in protecting our unique Scottsdale Ranch amenity. SRCA wants to maintain and keep our beautiful lake in pristine condition for all residents to enjoy today and for years to come.
