I was very impressed during your initial tour of my home, when you pointed out little things I could do that would improve the visual presentation of the home. I was also very pleased in the way you staged the house to make it more attractive to potential purchasers. You did an excellent job of marketing the home by listing it on multiple web sites, holding open houses, and showing the home to other real estate agents so they might recommend the house to their clients. I don´t know which of these sales efforts was the one that brought the buyer to the table, but I am impressed with the multiple ways you marketed the home. Of course, I would be remiss if I did not mention that you have a great support staff that is both very professional and fun to work with. While selling a home can be very stressful for the seller, the fine support I received from each of your staff made this process much easier on my nerves. And for that I am very thankful!
